FROZEN CROWN unleash new single ‚The One‘ and announce album

Italian power metal sextet FROZEN CROWN have released their new single ‚The One‘, the first taste of their upcoming album ‚The Legend of the Six Kings‘, due October 2, 2026 via Napalm Records. Inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth mythology, the track signals a darker, more narrative-driven chapter for the band.FROZEN CROWN are stepping into their darkest and most ambitious era yet. The Italian power metal outfit have unveiled ‚The One‘, the lead single from their forthcoming sixth studio album ‚The Legend of the Six Kings‘, set for release on October 2, 2026 through Napalm Records. Steeped in the mythology of J.R.R. Tolkien’s ‚The Lord of the Rings‘, the track sees vocalist Giada ‚Jade‘ Etro take on the role of a commanding, shadow-drenched figure, leading the Ringwraiths in pursuit of the One. The accompanying official music video, helmed by videographer Raoul Noise alongside prop designer Daria Gislon, brings to life a world caught between Tolkien’s noble aesthetic and the raw brutality of Robert E. Howard’s sword-and-sorcery universe.

The album, which marks the band’s second release on Napalm Records, builds directly on the narrative established in their debut ‚The Fallen King‘ and continues the saga of kings and tyrants across ten new heavy power metal tracks. The record sees drummer and multi-instrumentalist Niso Tomasini take a more central role in the songwriting process alongside Etro and mastermind Federico Mondelli, while new guitarist Aleksandra Stamenkovic brings aggressive old-school lead work to the table. From the propulsive opener ‚Lightning in the Sky‘ to the Melodic Death Metal-tinged title track, FROZEN CROWN deliver a record that spans speed metal, symphonic grandeur and melodic ferocity while remaining unmistakably themselves. The band will support the album with extensive North American and European touring throughout late 2026.
