German death doom trio ARROGANZ have premiered a lyric video for ‚Death Doom Punks‘, the title track of their forthcoming seventh full-length album. The record is scheduled for release on May 15, 2026 via Testimony Records.ARROGANZ are making their intentions unmistakably clear with the premiere of the lyric video for ‚Death Doom Punks‘, the title track of their upcoming seventh studio album of the same name. Due out on May 15, 2026 via Testimony Records, the record sees the East German trio from Cottbus doubling down on the raw, uncompromising approach that has defined their output since their formation in 2008.
The title track serves as both a musical statement and a manifesto. Combining old school death metal influences — drawing comparisons to acts such as ASPHYX — with furious, punk-infused passages and brooding doom sections, the song captures the essence of what ARROGANZ have always been about: creativity without compromise, attitude without apology. Frontman -K- has described the track as a tribute to the band’s loyal following while simultaneously asserting their independence from genre conventions.
With fifteen years of experience behind them and a revamped line-up in place, ARROGANZ enter this new chapter with renewed energy. The album was produced by the band themselves and recorded, mixed, and mastered by Timo Rotten at Dungeon Soul Studios in Torgau and Berlin. Guest vocalist Zingultus of ENDSTILLE and NAGELFAR appears on the track ‚Incubus‘ Veins‘.
‚Death Doom Punks‘ will be available in a limited galaxy effect orange and black vinyl edition of 250 copies, standard black vinyl, music cassette, and Jewelcase CD. To coincide with the album release, ARROGANZ will embark on their ‚Death Doom Punk’s Not Dead‘ tour across Germany in May 2026.
