Swedish riff rock legends GREENLEAF will headline the inaugural Magnetic Eye Records label showcase at Ripplefest Texas 2026, marking the band’s first ever live performance on a US stage. The showcase takes place September 20 in Austin, TX, with label mates HIGH DESERT QUEEN, HOWLING GIANT, FRIENDSHIP COMMANDERS, and WITCH RIPPER also on the bill.Scandinavian heavy rock titans GREENLEAF are set to make history at Ripplefest Texas 2026, headlining the inaugural Magnetic Eye Records label showcase on Sunday, September 20 at Sagebrush in Austin, TX. The performance will mark the Swedish outfit’s first ever appearance on a US stage, a milestone moment for one of Europe’s most enduring stoner rock acts.
The Magnetic Eye Records showcase takes over the entire final day of the festival, with four label mates joining GREENLEAF on the bill: HIGH DESERT QUEEN, HOWLING GIANT, FRIENDSHIP COMMANDERS, and WITCH RIPPER, each supporting their latest releases on the label. Additionally, New Jersey dirt metal heavyweights SOLACE will represent the label on one of their only US performances in support of their July 2026 MER release „Fading Failing Ruin“, appearing on Saturday, September 19.
Ripplefest Texas 2026 runs from September 17 to 20 and serves as the premier North American destination for desert, stoner, doom, and heavy psych. The full four-day lineup features headline sets from YOB and KHEMMIS alongside an international array of underground heavy music luminaries.
GREENLEAF’s headlining slot is a landmark moment for the band, whose ninth album „The Head & The Habit“ represents the pinnacle of a career stretching back to their self-titled debut EP in 2000. Rooted in the songwriting mastery of guitarist Tommi Holappa and the classically trained vocals of Arvid Hällagård, GREENLEAF have long been a cornerstone of the European stoner rock scene, and their US live debut promises to be one of the defining events of the 2026 heavy rock calendar.
