Blackwar, are preparing to make a long-awaited return to the live stage with a seven-date Latin American tour this October. The run marks the band’s first live performances in approximately two decades, making it a landmark moment for one of the genre’s most distinctive acts.
The tour sees MYSTIC CIRCLE supporting MALEVOLENT CREATION across the majority of the dates, kicking off on October 16 in Ciudad de México, Mexico, at Hendrix Circus Bar. The following night, October 17, both bands will join SIX FEET UNDER at Pepper’s Club in Zapote, Costa Rica, before continuing through Bogotá, Lima, Santiago, Buenos Aires, and wrapping up on October 24 in São Paulo, Brazil, at Hangar 110.
MYSTIC CIRCLE craft a distinctive blend of old-school death and black metal, infused with traditional heavy metal elements and horror soundtrack aesthetics. Their most recent album, Hexenbrand 1486, was released on October 31, 2025, via ROAR – A Division of Reigning Phoenix Music, and serves as the third chapter in the band’s modern comeback trilogy following the self-titled 2022 album and Erzdämon. Notably, Hexenbrand 1486 contains MYSTIC CIRCLE’s 100th song, a milestone the duo reached after over three decades of existence.
For the live shows, Beelzebub and A. Blackwar will be joined by an ensemble of guest musicians to bring their studio vision to the stage in what promises to be an immersive and uncompromising live ritual.
