ARTHUR BROWN joins ALICE COOPER’s UK Book Tour as special guest host

Two of rock’s most theatrical pioneers are set to share the stage in October 2026, as ARTHUR BROWN has been confirmed as special guest host for four dates on ALICE COOPER’s UK Book Tour. The tour supports ALICE COOPER’s definitive autobiography ‚Devil on my Shoulder‘, published by Ebury Spotlight on 8th October 2026.When rock history collides with live spectacle, the results are rarely anything less than extraordinary. ALICE COOPER, the self-proclaimed Godfather of Shock Rock, has announced that ARTHUR BROWN will serve as special guest host for four dates on his forthcoming UK Book Tour in October 2026. The tour is built around ALICE COOPER’s definitive autobiography ‚Devil on my Shoulder‘, published by Ebury Spotlight on 8th October 2026, and promises an evening of candid storytelling, audience Q&A sessions, and rare glimpses behind six decades of greasepaint and guillotines.

ARTHUR BROWN, the God of Hellfire whose 1968 classic ‚Fire‘ remains one of rock’s most incendiary moments, is widely regarded as a foundational influence on ALICE COOPER’s own theatrical vision. ALICE COOPER himself has stated on record: „Without ARTHUR BROWN there would be no ALICE COOPER.“ Their pairing for this tour, then, is less a curiosity and more a long-overdue meeting of genuinely kindred spirits.

ARTHUR BROWN will host four specific dates: 13th October in London at the Palladium, 14th October in Brighton at the Dome, 17th October in Stockton at the Globe, and 20th October in Wolverhampton at the Civic Hall. The remaining four dates will feature radio host Claire Sturgess and music journalist Billy Sloan.

ARTHUR BROWN, currently preparing material for a follow-up to his acclaimed 2022 album ‚Long Long Road‘, expressed his enthusiasm for the role, describing ALICE COOPER as a true pioneer whose relevance feels stronger than ever in an age of increasingly theatrical live performance. Tickets for all dates include a copy of the book.
