The footage was captured on February 28, 2026, at the auditorium of Magazzini Musicali Merula, one of the largest musical instrument retailers in Europe, with audio mixed by guitarist Beppe Geracitano.
The band made a point of emphasising the uncompromising nature of the performance, stating that no autotune, samples, or overdubbing were used — only a keyboard backing track was employed. In an era where technology increasingly dominates live concert production, THE ROCK ALCHEMIST see the release as a deliberate artistic statement about the value of raw, live musicianship.
Formed in 2009, THE ROCK ALCHEMIST blend modern rock with progressive, hard rock, alternative, and pop elements, earning an international following across Finland, the USA, Spain, France, Brazil, Germany, Poland, and Canada. The band has a well-documented connection to the world of motorsport, notably becoming the first rock act to perform on the podium of the Monza Circuit during the 2015 Monza Rally Show awards ceremony. Several of their compositions have also served as television soundtrack material for programs broadcast on Eurosport and RTBF Belgium, and their songs have received airplay on international rock radio stations including Virgin Radio France.
The current lineup features Aldo Garrone on vocals, Beppe Geracitano on guitars, Raoul Ronco on bass, and Max Gordiani on drums.
