The announcement follows the reveal of their long-awaited fourth studio album, Necropolitan, due September 11th, 2026.GREEN LUNG have wasted no time in building momentum around their forthcoming fourth studio album. Hot on the heels of a landmark appearance at Desertfest London and the announcement of Necropolitan — due for release on Friday, September 11th, 2026 — the London-based heavy rock outfit have confirmed a sweeping winter tour across the UK and Europe.

Dubbed the Dance to the Grave Tour MMXXVI, the run kicks off on December 3rd in Antwerp, Belgium, and winds through major cities including Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Paris, and Amsterdam before concluding with headline UK dates in London, Bristol, Manchester, Dublin, and Glasgow. Special guests throughout the tour will be HIGH ON FIRE, with additional support from GNOME. The tour poster was designed by frequent GREEN LUNG collaborator Richard Wells.

Tickets go on general sale Friday, May 22nd at 09:00 AM BST, with pre-sales running from Tuesday and Wednesday, May 19th and 20th.

Necropolitan was recorded at the legendary Rockfield Studios in January 2026 with producer Tom Dalgety, known for his work with OPETH and GHOST. The album sees GREEN LUNG strip their sound to its rawest form, capturing the band’s live weight and Sabbathian heaviness with greater fidelity than ever before. Lead single ‚Evil in this House‘ is available now.

Founded in London and emerging with debut EP Free the Witch in 2018, GREEN LUNG have released three critically acclaimed albums — Woodland Rites (2019), Black Harvest (2021), and This Heathen Land (2023), the latter reaching number one on the UK Official Rock and Metal Album Chart.
