Finnish melodic death metal force WOLFHEART has inked a worldwide recording deal with German metal label Reaper Entertainment. Led by mastermind Tuomas Saukkonen, the band joins a growing roster and promises an exciting new chapter in their career.Finnish melodic death metal outfit WOLFHEART has officially signed a worldwide deal with German metal label Reaper Entertainment, marking a significant new milestone in the band’s trajectory. Founded in 2013 by creative driving force Tuomas Saukkonen, WOLFHEART has spent over a decade cementing their reputation as one of the genre’s premier acts, blending epic songwriting with richly atmospheric Nordic textures across a string of critically acclaimed albums and relentless touring schedules around the globe.
The partnership with Reaper Entertainment did not emerge overnight. The relationship between Saukkonen and the label’s management team, Flori and Greg, developed organically over approximately eighteen months, beginning with collaborative work on the BEFORE THE DAWN album ‚Cold Flare Eternal‘ and extending to the launch of official band merchandise stores for both BEFORE THE DAWN and WOLFHEART under the Reaper umbrella.
Saukkonen expressed strong enthusiasm for the new arrangement, describing the Reaper team as professional, reliable, flexible, innovative, and creative, and noting that band morale is at an all-time high. Label representatives Flori and Greg echoed that sentiment, citing deep respect for Saukkonen as both a musician and a visionary partner.
Looking ahead, WOLFHEART has a packed live schedule for 2026, including festival appearances across Europe, the United States, and Finland during the summer months, as well as a major co-headlining European tour alongside ELUVEITIE and PAIN running from November into December. Further details regarding upcoming WOLFHEART releases through Reaper Entertainment are expected to be announced soon.
