APRIL ART drop ‚Not Sorry‘ Band-Only Version ahead of new album

German rock act APRIL ART have released a band-only performance version of their track ‚Not Sorry‘ on YouTube, marking the start of a biweekly video series. The release serves as a prelude to the band’s upcoming new album, expected this autumn. The original performance cut was edited three years ago before the narrative storyline was added, and is now seeing its first official release.APRIL ART have launched a new YouTube initiative, releasing a band-only performance version of their track ‚Not Sorry‘ as the first instalment in a series of videos set to drop every two weeks. The move is designed to keep fans engaged while the band’s forthcoming album, due for release this autumn, continues to take shape.

The ‚Not Sorry‘ Band-Only Version has an interesting backstory. When the original music video was edited three years ago by band member Ben, a pure band performance cut was assembled first, before the narrative storyline was integrated into the final release. That performance version, long considered equally strong in its own right, has now been made available to the public for the first time.

The announcement comes as APRIL ART return from the Greenfield Festival in Switzerland, where the band delivered what they describe as one of their most memorable shows to date. The festival also provided a notable offstage moment, as the band had the opportunity to meet Jacoby Shaddix of PAPA ROACH, whose own headline set left a lasting impression on the APRIL ART camp.

With the biweekly video series now underway and a new album on the horizon, APRIL ART appear to be building steady momentum heading into the second half of the year. Fans can follow the series via the band’s official YouTube channel and website at www.aprilart.de.
