The track is the title cut of their upcoming twelfth studio album, scheduled for release on September 11, 2026 via Napalm Records, and represents a pivotal new chapter in the band’s history.
The album marks the first full-length release to feature Till Herence as lead vocalist. Herence stepped in as live frontman from 2024 onward after founding member Thomas Lindner was forced to step back from vocal duties due to illness. Lindner remains an integral part of SCHANDMAUL, continuing to contribute on piano, keyboard, acoustic guitar, and accordion alongside the full seven-piece lineup.
The title track balances lightness and emotional depth, pairing buoyant melodies with lyrics that convey hope and solidarity. The eleven-track album opens with ‚Nimm alles mit‘ and navigates a rich sonic landscape, encompassing the politically charged ‚Flagge‘, the atmospheric ‚Nosferatu‘, and the closing duet ‚Zwei Raben‘ featuring Laura Fella of FAUN. Select editions include a bonus album featuring acoustic harp arrangements of seven tracks alongside the previously released collaboration with SUBWAY TO SALLY, ‚Rauber und Narren‘.
SCHANDMAUL are set to support the release with the Sternensegler Tour kicking off in February 2027, covering venues across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The band have described the record as a phoenix rising, a symbol of unity and friendship forged through adversity.
