There is no doubt that „I Am The Primal Fear“ is a future fan favorite that will surely soon become an impressive live anthem. Powerful drumming opens the song before the PRIMAL FEAR machine gets into full swing and haunts the ear canals with whipping riffs and haunting lead melodies. The verses convey the feeling of a duel in which singer Ralf Scheepers and the driving rhythm section around bassist Mat Sinner and drummer André Hilgers face off against the rest of the band. This is further fueled by the opposing side, where the dreamy new guitar duo of Thalìa Bellazecca and Magnus Karlsson contribute their part to the musical exchange with relentless precision and energy.
The dynamic question-and-answer game builds up increasingly before the chorus, which again comes up with a clear message, comes into play and there is simply no stopping it: Despite various setbacks, PRIMAL FEAR have never even thought about giving up. The eagle was never finished. Rather, it gathered new strength to unleash an impressive work on the metal world with „Domination,“ which naturally places itself in the premier league of heavy and power metal.

„Domination“ was recorded in the fall of 2024 at Dennis Ward’s Kangaroo Studios (HELLOWEEN, ANGRA, among others) and produced by Mat Sinner. Ralf Scheepers and Magnus Karlsson also made significant contributions as co-producers before Jacob Hansen (AMORPHIS, VOLBEAT, among others), who had already been involved in the success of several PRIMAL FEAR albums, mixed and mastered the album in his own studios in Denmark. The album artwork was created by Death.Milk.Designs.
