The live video announcement arrives alongside news that KILMARA have been added as special guests on the ANTHEMS OF STEEL TOUR 2026, joining Swedish heavyweights TUNGSTEN and INDUCTION across twelve dates throughout Germany, Switzerland and Austria this coming October. The run kicks off on 7 October in Herford and concludes on 18 October in Selb, taking in major stops including Munich, Hamburg, Leipzig, Salzburg and the Laut und Hart Festival in Solingen.
‚Journey To The Sun‘ represents the most ambitious chapter yet in KILMARA’s career. The concept album blends soaring melodies, virtuoso guitar work and modern heaviness with late-1980s arcade aesthetics and atmospheric retrowave elements, resulting in a cinematic listening experience that feels both nostalgic and entirely contemporary. The record was mixed and mastered by acclaimed producer Seeb Levermann, known for his work with Orden Ogan, Rhapsody Of Fire and Riot V, and features a guest vocal appearance by former Lost Horizon singer Daniel Heiman on the track ‚Take Me Back‘.
