On October 22, 2025, Halestorm’s current European tour stopped at the Schlachthof Wiesbaden, turning the venue into a powerhouse of energy and emotion. Supported by Bloodywood, the evening offered an exciting mix of styles and cultures – a perfect example of how contrasts can ignite a crowd.
Bloodywood – the perfect contrast
From the very first notes, it was clear that Bloodywood play by their own rules. Their explosive blend of Indian folk influences, metalcore riffs, and rap elements instantly fired up the audience. The pounding dhol drums met roaring guitars, while frontman Jayant Bhadula commanded the crowd with infectious energy.

Circle pits, shouting, dancing – the whole room moved. Bloodywood delivered a refreshing, powerful, and unique performance that perfectly set the tone for the night. A musical contrast to Halestorm, yes – but that’s what made it so great. Simply awesome.
Halestorm – confident, powerful, and emotional
When Halestorm finally took the stage, the energy in the room reached another level. Lzzy Hale once again proved why she’s one of rock’s most magnetic frontwomen. Her voice cut through the venue – fierce one moment, deeply emotional the next.
The band delivered a flawless mix of classics like Love Bites (So Do I) and new material from their ongoing tour. Arejay Hale’s drumming was as wild as ever, while Joe Hottinger and Josh Smith provided the tight, driving backbone that kept the crowd hooked from start to finish.

Sound & atmosphere
The Schlachthof Wiesbaden once again proved to be the perfect venue for a night like this: crisp sound, powerful low end, and an impressive light show that brought every riff to life. The audience, a mix of devoted fans and curious newcomers, turned the concert into a celebration of pure live energy.
Verdict
A night that reminded everyone why live music still matters. Bloodywood impressed with cultural diversity and contagious joy, while Halestorm delivered a masterclass in modern rock performance. Two bands, two styles – one unforgettable evening.
