“Everyone, no matter who they are, has experienced the same universal emotions, and has run into similar life challenges, that’s what makes us all human. The humanity between all of us often goes unrecognized, leading to people feeling alone or misunderstood. Ultimately, because we all experience these emotions in some shape or form, we should be able to respect and understand what others are going through. In doing so, we can freely waltz across the sky like the northern lights,” explains Freeze the Fall.

“Aurora” is a powerful fusion of electrifying guitar riffs, haunting melodies, and deeply introspective lyrics. It sees lead vocalist Quinn Mitzel delivering a commanding performance
supported by Aria Becker’s driving basslines and Jonah Goncalves’ explosive drums. The third single to come off The Red Garden, it balances intricate, melancholic guitar lines with hard-hitting rhythms, creating a sonic landscape that feels both raw and cinematic. The single introduces an ethereal, almost celestial quality, symbolizing escape and transcendence. Lines like, “tears all shed from the same gun,”  is particularly poignant, alluding to shared pain or collective trauma, adding depth to the song’s emotional weight.
