TAKIDA from Sweden played their second-to-last show of the current Summer in Germany 2025 tour yesterday at the Amphitheater Hanau. The venue was completely sold out – a clear sign of the band’s popularity, especially among female fans who showed up in large numbers.
Support: Those Damn Crows
The evening was opened by Those Damn Crows from Wales. With their modern hard rock, driving riffs, and energetic stage presence, they quickly won over the audience. Songs like “Send the Reaper” and “Blink of an Eye” got the crowd moving right away and showed why the band is considered one of the most exciting live acts coming out of the UK.
TAKIDA Live in Hanau
As night fell, TAKIDA entered the stage. The sound was clear, powerful, and on point. Frontman Robert Pettersson impressed with his distinctive voice, strong in both the calmer songs and the heavier tracks.
The set combined well-known hits with newer material – perfectly arranged to showcase the full range of the band. The choruses had a strong impact, and the audience sang along to nearly every line.
Tour Stop Impressions
Hanau was the penultimate stop of the tour, and TAKIDA used the opportunity to get everything out of their performance. The combination of a sold-out venue, strong delivery, and an engaged audience made this concert stand out within their summer run.
Today the last concert at Wasserschloss Klaffenbach.
