On their current club tour, Brazilian death metal powerhouse CRYPTA teamed up with RISE OF KRONOS to wreak havoc across a string of venues – with one brutal stop at the legendary Colos-Saal in Aschaffenburg. It was a night defined by raw power, relentless riffs, and the kind of up-close energy you only get in a packed club show.
Opening the night, RISE OF KRONOS wasted no time in setting the tone. The Hamburg-based death metal act unleashed a crushing set, combining technical precision with a dark, commanding stage presence – the perfect warm-up for what was yet to come.
When CRYPTA hit the stage, the atmosphere shifted into overdrive. Blending tracks from their debut Echoes of the Soul with cuts from the latest album Shades of Sorrow, the band delivered a set that swung between lightning-fast blast beats and crushing, groove-laden breakdowns. Their chemistry on stage and sheer intensity lit up the Colos-Saal, turning the intimate space into a wall of sound and adrenaline.
