Afterlifelines“ , the title of RAGE’s new album, sounds like an impressive album! And it is. It’s great that the band around singer Peavy Wagner is still going strong after 40 years and has now released their best album to date.

The combination of speed and power metal with fine melodies and hooklines has become truly masterful.

The song „End of Illusions“ for example, is a powerful and rousing track that captivates listeners with its energetic melody and profound lyrics. The band manages to create a dark atmosphere carried by intense guitar riffs and a driving rhythm that gives the song a unique dynamic.

Rage know what makes a rousing song. The other tracks are also true headbangers, making the entire album a masterpiece.
