Vera Lux are releasing their second studio album „Durch die Schatten“ on 16.02.2024.
10 tracks with a clearly matured sound and moving lyrics help listeners to defy difficult times and hold on to glimpses of hope.
Inspired by contemporary metal and pop acts, new influences were deliberately given space in the songwriting. Modern riffs, epic hurdy-gurdy and violin melodies as well as powerful shouts create a web of sound in which the multi-faceted voice of lead singer Inara stands out more than ever. The studio production was enhanced by the collaboration with Simon Michael – Great Hall Music (programming, sound design, mixing & mastering).
In vivid and vivid language as well as in clearly chosen words, Vera Lux thematize ideal values, the search for courage, happiness and confidence, social grievances and human dark sides in „Durch die Schatten“. (Vera Lux)
