In less than a month, on September 6th, 2024, Finnish winter metallers WOLFHEART will release their seventh studio album, entitled „Draconian Darkness“, via Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM). With ‚Trial By Fire‘, the quartet today present a passionate new single from the album, which once again features the band’s typical elements.
With its powerful initial riff and double bass passage, the track immediately exposes the listener to a veritable conflagration and captivates with an irresistible groove. Thrilling blast beats push the fans to their limits before the track finally loosens its grip and WOLFHEART’s acid test is passed.
Band leader Tuomas Saukkonen (vocals, guitar) emphasizes: „‚Trial By Fire‘ is not only the heaviest song on the record, but also in the entire history of WOLFHEART. To honor this peak of heaviness, we simply had to release it as a single.“

From the day of its release, the band will tour the world extensively to present the nine-song opus, with which WOLFHEART enter unimagined spheres of brutality without, however, disregarding their melancholic roots and haunting melodies.
