Sabaton have successfully completed their first show of the current tour in Frankfurt and launched a mega spectacle!
The band, often derided as Schlager Metal, managed to fill the Festhalle in Frankfurt to the roof and offer the fans a firework of pyros, fog, foam and powerful thunderbolts.
At least the Festhalle in Frankfurt was filled to capacity. So many people can’t have such bad taste in music. SABATON have fully convinced.
The sea of lights for the song Christmas-Truce was particularly impressive. Rarely experienced such a magical atmosphere at such a big concert.

The audience was cheered on by the two bands LORDI and Babymetal.
LORDI put on a monster show, as one is used to from them. Always fine to watch.
After that it was time for Babymetal. With their mixture of metal and Japanese pop, their music is quite entertaining, which is also due to the dancing performance of the three girls. Visually and in terms of sound, a successful show.
